All returns whether for refund, replacement or repair must be pre-arranged.

Returning Defective Merchandise

We are proud of our products and guarantee all our products as being as advertised. In accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law, we will attempt to replace any defective merchandise (subject to stock availability), refund you for any defective merchandise (including reasonable shipping costs) or pay you compensation for the drop in value caused by the problem, provided that:

  • the return is pre-arranged with us - this can be done by completing the form below, and
  • the product is not defective as a result of misuse, improper use, or other abuse or misuse.

If you think that a Product is defective, you should contact us first and a Customer Service Representative will assist you. Further information or a photo may be requested to assist with the assessment of your claim.

Returning Non-defective Merchandise

Should you wish to obtain a refund for a non-defective product we may do so (at our discretion) on the following conditions:

  • the return is pre-arranged with us - this can be done by completing the form below,
  • the product must be returned to us at your expense with proof of purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase
  • the product must be undamaged,
  • in the case of Genie Power concentrated cleaning formula, not more that 10% of the volume of the product is to have been used.

If you think that a product is not performing as claimed, you should make sure you have followed the directions for use first and feel free to contact us for further advice.

Returning for Repair

Should you wish to return a product for repair under warranty or repair after warranty has expired, you may do so under the following conditions:

  • the return is pre-arranged with us. This can be done by completing the form below,
  • the product must be returned to us at your expense,
  • if returning under warranty, original proof of purchase is required, return freight to you will be borne by us, and
  • if the product is not under warranty, you will be liable for the cost of the repair and the return freight.
